Chapter 1 - Sex and STD's

...you've experienced that before. You know what I'm talking about. That death feeling that comes over you. That emptiness you feel after the stars have left from over your head and the two minutes of pleasure has ended. The teardrops that run down your face hit the pillow you lie on. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. That feeling of hopelessness, defeat, shame and guilt as you try to swallow the lump in your threat; angered, because your panties and your self-respect are on the floor.

Chapter 5 - Cheap Thrills

...you sit there and watch naked women on TV and listen to music that talks about bumping and grinding. Right when your sexual drive is at its peak, he'll make sure she calls you at eleven o'clock at night, "Hey, what are you doing? I was just thinking about you, I didn't call for any particular reason. I was just in the neighborhood and just wanted to say hi. Can I just stop by for a minute?" Yeah, right, just in the neighborhood at 11. Then, your naive, silly self answers, "Yeah, just for a minute, come on by." Don't you know that the only thing open late is drive-thrus and legs?! Now, you're singing a sad ole song again, "It's morning and we've slept the night away."

Chapter 6 - A Man to Date

To have a man ringing your doorbell, to take you out on dates, gives the appearance that you are secure and complete. That's not security. A door swings on hinges; he's in one minute, and out the next. You are codependent on each other; you feed his manly ego and pride, he feeds your self-esteem and emotional needs. Ladies, it's nothing worse than a man who needs to exhibit and parade his self-worth, or to prove that he's a man. He is in search of his identity. The source of his gratification and the proof that he's a man is displayed in your bed and in that other girl's bed. His identity was formed by a world that told him that his manhood is evident by the number of women he sleeps with.
